Awesome TV and Newspaper Response!

“Things are starting to cook around the FireSkewer office these days. Our first news release has produced an exciting response from both newspaper editors and TV producers. We’ve got stories brewing at San Antonio Living, Detroit Free Press, The Orlando Sentinel, Indianapolis Star and TheCincinnati Enquirer to name a few. And there’s been an equal request for a television product feature from NBC 7News, WOIO CBS News, KCTV 5 News, WBIR TV Knoxville and ABC 15 News in Phoenix. That’s just for starters! Look like we’re about to get to the really fun stuff!” - David Magiera FireSkewers (http://www.fireskewers.net/)

Roastin' on the Ranch

“Looking back at the beginning days of the FireSkewers’ company, I can recall thinking how cool it would be to have a skewer that would be used on cattle ranches. I imagined a large, rustic patio deck with this huge BBQ grill smack dab in the middle of it -- ranch hands, each with his (or her) Longhorn FireSkewer parked next to the others – all roasting extravagant beef kebabs over the grill flame. In fact, it was a similar kind of inspiration that led to the creation of our “right out of the cooker” Lobster skewer, too.” - D. Magiera FireSkewers (http://www.fireskewers.net/)

Dreaming of Shish Kebabs

I know there are millions of frustrated chefs out there just like me. And I'm going to do something about with these awesome BBQ skewers.

To celebrate the launch of FireSkewers.net, we will be building a special page on the FireSkewers site called THE RECIPE GALLERY. This will be a place where we all can publish our great and extravagant kebab recipes. I know I will.

There will be a photo of the kebab, a spot for the recipe and roasting instructions and a neat spot for the authors name with his/her city and state. I love to create stuff -- and I really love and appreciate the chefs of the world. So I'm going to get a little piece of the action at FireSkewers. I invite you to join me. Everyone with a skewer recipe is invited to email me your recipe and photo. If it's wild, savory, extraordinary, outrageous or just plain delicious, I'll put your skewer photo in the gallery with your name. In fact, even if you haven't got a picture, send me your recipe. Can't wait to see what wild and wonderful food ideas will come in and get published on the site. - D. Magiera FireSkewers (http://www.fireskewers.net/)
